If we understand the oneness of humankind, then we realize the differences are secondary. With an attitude of respect and concern for other people, we can experience an atmosphere of happiness. That way we can create real harmony, real brotherhood. Through your own experience, try to be patient. You can change your attitude. If you practice continually, you can change. The human mind has such potential—learn to train it.

With more than 20 years of experience, I bring a level of complex knowledge and understanding both to individual communication projects and to the university classroom. Prior to receiving my M.S. and Ph.D. in rhetoric and technical communication from Michigan Technological University, I worked full-time in the publishing and marketing communication fields as an editor, writer, and project manager. I’ve continued this professional work on a freelance basis, while at the same time teaching a successful variety of college courses in critical reading & writing, composition, rhetoric, technology, and communication.
Current ongoing projects include work as assistant editor for an academic journal and associate editor for a scientific magazine, as well as serving as an instructor for both composition and critical reading & writing courses.
